    i need help ?

    am adding all fees like shipping fees m hundlering fees to order , but when it calculate profit it give me wrong number , i dont which formulars you have used

    I too have this same problem. I enter Handling and Shipping fees on Order Detail pages, yet those figures are not being deducted from the profit total. Is this the intended behavior? Is there a switch to make it work?

    I know you said you responded by email, but could you explain the solution in this forum so it can be read by others with similar problems?

    I should note that I have only installed the free version for now. However, I don’t see anything disabled that might make the calculations work differently.

    I will gladly buy the full version of this plugin for 3 sites if someone can please reply and maybe help configure it correctly.

    Hi there,

    In such a case, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Advanced and enable Force costs update options and then go to the Tools & Reports section and enable Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit and save changes.
