    Hi,

I am thinking whether to buy the paid plugin (pro). But first, I would like to know if I can limit the quantity of a single product in an order. For example, I have product X, and I want only 3 of that product to be purchased per order, is it possible with your plugin? Also, another important thing, can I use it with Woocommerce Product Bundles?

    Thanks!

    Hi Lidia,

Yes, it is possible to set limits per product using our plugin. To set this up in the plugin’s settings configure the following options:

General > Amount limits > Minimum
General > Amount types > Quantity
Products > Per product > Enable

Then go to edit each product from your WordPress dashboard. You will find a new field for minimum quantity. We have not tested compatibility with WooCommerce bundles.

    Hi!

In case it is not compatible with Product Bundles, could you help me to make it work? If this is not possible, will the money be refunded?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We have a 30-day refund policy and incase you are not happy with the plugin we will issue a refund.

Are you using a plugin to create the product bundles? If yes, can you send us a copy of the plugin and we can test it for you? You can email it to [email protected]

    Hi Lidia,

Thank you for sending through the plugin. I have tested and can confirm compatibility with WooCommerce Product Bundles.

Ok, thanks, i need to confirm what i need to do, 3 things:

    * Minimum order in the store: 30 euros (the sum of the cart must exceed 30 euros to be able to place the order, this is supposed to already work like this)

    * Minimum of a product bundle: 30 euros (a product bundle must cost at least 30 euros to order)

    * Maximum of product bundle in an order: 5 product bundled (a user will not be able to buy more than 5 product bundle in an order).

What can i do with your plugin pro?

    Thanks!

    Hi Lidia,

You would need to configure the following options in the plugin’s settings to set this up

General > Amount Limits > Minimum and Maximum
General > Amount types > Sum and Quantity
    Amounts > Minimum sum > 30

This will set the minimum purchase limit as 30 euros for any product. Then to set up the maximum number of bundles to 5, you will first need to add all the bundles to a category or a tag. Then in the plugin’s settings go to:

Products > Per product category > Enable or
Products > Per product tag > Enable (depending on which one you decide to use)

Then in your WordPress dashboard go to Products > Categories or Products > Tags and edit the individual category or tag. You will find a new field here for Max Quantity set this as 5.

Hello, I am also trying this with a minimum set to $275 and only want customers to be able to order 1 item in a specific category.

    Here are my settings:

General > Amount Limits > Minimum and Maximum
General > Amount types > Sum and Quantity
    Amounts > Minimum sum > 275

Products > Per product category > Enable

    Products > Categories

When on the category, the fields are missing so I can’t type in “1”.   (I want to limit to 1 of that category per order)

It’s blank (see screenshot here).  Please help!

    Hi Camille,

Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.

Could you please let me know which page the screenshot is from? Is it a screenshot of the category edit page? Please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
