Charge VAT for empty field

    Hello, Can I charge tax if buyer is from EU and does not set a valid VAT number?

    And another problem If i check  a vat number from Norway cannot be valided. send me an email to reply you the VAT number

    Hi Mike,

    For #1, yes sure, this should be the default case for your store (controlled from WooCommerce tax settings, not the plugin).
