Hi,
We are testing your plugin and if VAT EU is valid we want to remove VAT from order and it’s working, but when VAT is invalid we want to don’t change anything in order and make this order. Now if VAT EU is invalid it shows error( EU VAT Number is not valid.), and we can’t make purchase.
How resolve it?
Hello Damian,
Under General tab, do you have the field marked as required? In this case I would assume you need it optional, but if you still people to fill the field (even on invalid VAT numbers, generally such companies have local VAT numbers), you can tick “Allow checkout on unregistered VAT numbers a bit below that option.

I have this option exactly like you said, but when I typed VAT number which is not VAT EU, I have error.
