ParticipantI’m finding empty costs in some orders. When I look at the product itself there is a cost in the “Advanced” section which I suppose is based on stock I purchased previously and stock I added with a new cost via the plugin’s quick edit field. But in the order it’s empty. What do I need to do…use one of the recalculate tools?

In the plugin’s settings, please go to the Tools & Reports section and run Orders Tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit.

ParticipantLooks like it worked for the orders I currently have. I’ll keep my eye on it and see if it continues to import costs.

ParticipantNo, unfortunately, it seems to have not worked. Another order got imported since I did the recalculate orders yesterday and there was not cost for the order, even though the cost was entered in the product settings. So I just entered it manually.
Thanks
