Custom message to be displayed when quantity exceeded is not working.

On the single product page, when an amount that exceeds the maximum quantity (1,500) is entered, the error notice shows as “! Value must be less than or equal to 1500”. However, in the plugin’s setting – Per Item Maximum Quantity Options, I have the message Per Product set as “Maximum allowed quantity for %product_title% is %max_per_item_quantity%. Your current item quantity is %item_quantity%.” I do not see that message. How do I replace the “! Value must be less than or equal to 1500”?
