ParticipantWe have observed that after the last update, the decimals in the
product stock (administration panel) have stopped working as if the
plugin were not active or working.
Do you have any solution?August 8, 2023 at 11:08 am #121541Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.
Just to be sure, by “decimals”, are you referring to the “Decimal quantities” option under the “General” section of the plugin? Please let us know.
Kind regards,

ParticipantHi, we had to downgrade to version 4.5.9 because the new version 4.5.10 doesn't work. New reports Version 4.5.10 For the shop manager and administration roles it is as if the plugin was not active. (Both frontend and backend). In other words, no functionality of the plugin is active for these roles (general, minimum quantity, quantity step, quantity information, ...) For roles such as clients, it does work OK. Kind regards
August 11, 2023 at 9:06 pm #121741Hi there,
We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.
Could you please go to the “Advanced” section of the plugin and see if “Role specific” is set to some values? This option will ensure that the limit applies to only some user roles. Please let us know.
Kind regards,
