If the issue you mentioned persists, kindly ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin (3.6.0). I have tested the plugin on my end and was able to download the CSV file containing both cost and profit details.
Regarding the total cost, if it’s not displayed in the file, you can sum up the relevant column to calculate the total. If you’re still facing any issues or need further assistance, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.
