email changing verification email not sent when customer change email

    The option in admin when enabled

    Unverify, logout and resend activation link to accounts that changed the emails

    doesnt show a message to the customer when he changes his email, it justy logs him out to homepage and doesn’t unverify his email and also doesn’t send the account verification email to the new email address

    It automatically verifies his new email address.

    This is not right,

    Could you please help in fixing this bug?

    Hi Ali,

    Thanks for reaching out. I hope you are well today.

    I couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Email and change the Mail function, then go to the Advanced section and change the Authenticate filter and see if it works for you?

    However, if the issue persists, then please let us know.

    Dear Moshtafizur,

    Thanks for the response, but unfortunately the same is happening as I mentioned in my original ticket after changing the two settings as you mentioned.

    Maybe the theme doesn’t support it?

    What can I do now?
