    Hi,

    I have installed the plugin for the sales in Portugal. Our store is in Spain, but when the customer try to buy putting the VAT number, he receive an error “EU VAT Number is not valid.”

    How can I fix it?

    Hi Rafael,

    This could be for many reasons, some times for servers from VIES VAT service itself.

    Can you please send me a link to check? A screenshot for settings will also be useful, reach me at [email protected] please.
