September 8, 2022 at 10:46 am #91690Hello Alain,
Thanks for reaching out. I am really sorry to know you are having problems.
I have escalated this with our development team. They will get back to you as soon as they can.
Kind regards,
MoshtafizurSeptember 8, 2022 at 3:05 pm #91691Hi Alain,
Please update the plugin to the latest v1.7.3 (released just a few minutes ago). Although I couldn’t reproduce the issue on my test server, I’ve added some safe-checks to the code, so I believe the problem should be gone now.
Please give it a try and let me know what you think.

ParticipantThank you very much. But the error is always the same. I made a new order then I went to see the order and the error is always the same.
I can specify that this is an existing site on which I have just installed WooCommerce and your extension.

ParticipantSorry, I really don’t know how to fix this error. I’ll ask for a refund and will find another plugin.
September 30, 2022 at 6:54 pm #91940Solved. As we’ve figured out, the Pro plugin version wasn’t updated on Alain’s site (the free plugin version was updated instead). As soon as it was done, the error disappeared.
