Help setting up the plugin

    Hello,

    I installed your plugin EU/UK VAT Manager for WooCommerce on my website, because I am searching for a plugin to help to separate the base and the VAT amount and automatically sum the total amount.
    I made several test order and the plugin worked properly. This message didn’t send.
    But yesterday I have 2 real orders and the plugin did not add the VAT amountThis message didn’t send.
    These orders are made without the VATThis message didn’t send.
    Could you tell me what I made wrong?

    Hello,

    Adding the VAT isn’t part of the plugin functionality, you might have missed to add the the correct tax rates under WooCommerce >> Settings >> Tax >> Tax rates for the needed countries.

    Please let us know if this doesn’t solve it.
