How can I set limit for home delivery?

Hello,

I recently downloaded plugin for the website : https://delice-exotique.fr

I wanted to set a cart rule for home delivery to be available only from fifteen euros of cart total. I have try everything but it doesn’t seem to work do you know, by any chance, where the issu could come from and how to fix it ?

Hi there , I am also having the same problem. I want to have flat delivery fee of 5$ for minimum order value 20. but it does not seem to be working at all. Please help as this urgent as we need to operate under covid-19 restrictions
