    Hi Support,

I just bought this great plugin.
I have only an issue with the profit calculation after an refund.
I Have selected: Calculate profit by the difference between Net Payment and Cost
But the “Cost” is still based on the old amount of products.

So the Profit is to less 🙁

Can you make a fix, or do I do something wrong?

    Regards Paul.

    Hi,

In the Tools & Reports section of the plugin’s settings, use the Recalculate option. You can Recalculate order costs and profits for all orders.

Hi, I did that, but still the old “cost” are used.

Not the cost for the current amount of products in the order.

    The “cost” are not updated.

    Hi,

Can you try Enable Advanced > Force costs update options to automatically calculate refund costs.

    Hi Paul,

I just released a new version (2.4.3) with a new option for you:
    – Orders > Refunds > Calculate quantity by excluding refunded items

Please update the plugin and let me know if the new option works for you 😉
