    Hi!

I would like to know if it is possible to translate verification emails using the free version.

Even tough the pro version is very complete and I found it great, i don’t need all the features. I just want to translate the “Please, verify your account” mail.

I use WPML plugin and the strings are showing up in my string translation table, but it’s not working. The messages are always sent in English.

I don’t know if this is an issue or it’s just a premium feature.

    Hello Aemita,

    Thanks for reaching out.

There is [alg_wc_ev_translate] shortcode included in our plugin. You can use it when you set texts in the plugin’s settings under the Messages section, e.g.:

    [alg_wc_ev_translate lang="EN"]Text for EN[/alg_wc_ev_translate][alg_wc_ev_translate lang="DE"]Text for DE[/alg_wc_ev_translate][alg_wc_ev_translate not_lang="EN,DE"]Text for other languages[/alg_wc_ev_translate]

The shortcode is WPML and Polylang compatible. This will work for the notices displayed on site.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

Hello, thanks for being so quick.

Sorry, I was referring to the emails sent to the costumer, like the one with the verification link.

The messages displayed on site are working fine and translated correctly.

If this is a pro feature, I will understand, I just want to know if there is another way to translate them.

    Thanks!

    Hello Aemtia,

    Thanks for your reply.

You would then need to use the shortcode in the Email > Email content field of the plugin’s settings. But you would need to use the plugin’s Pro version to do so.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
