Hello,
I was wondering is there any way to exclude a single client for the reports?
I have this client that all order should be ignore form all calculation.

By default no, this is not possible. However, there is a workaround. You can set a different order status for this client’s orders and exclude those order statuses from reports.
WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Tools & Reports
From here under Reports select the relevant order statuses.
