Is it possible to make VAT mandatory for certain roles?
I have 2 roles: Customer and Pro.
The customer doesn’t have to fill in the VAT, but I want the professional to.
But how ?

We have two options for that, but I’m not sure which one would work best in your case:
Show/Hide VAT Field for Specific User Roles
- You can choose to display or hide the VAT field for certain user roles, making it visible only to selected roles.
- You can find this option in General Tab → Visibility Options → Show field for selected user roles only, then select the desired role.
Require VAT Field Based on Company Field
- You can set the VAT field to be required only if the customer fills in the Company field.
- This option is available in the same General tab.
I believe the second option is what you’re looking for. Please note that you will need the Pro version for first feature.
