Good morning,
we bought EU VAT for WOOCommerce and we installed the plugin on our website.
We have some problems with it:
if a private EU customer, who does not have a VAT number, buies on our website, he should pay the Italian VAT 22% but it does not work
Sometimes the plugin does not recognize VAT CEE numbers as correct.Is it possible for you to help me with solving these two important questions?

Can you please send us wp-admin access to check the settings (for first issue), and logs (for 2nd issue)? Also a sample of VAT numbers that are not being recognized.
