Hi, we are using this plugin on https://peelham.co.uk to ensure a minimum order amount of £50.  It works well but there is one area the clients were able to use to bypass this.

In Stripe you have the option to off APPLE PAY and LINK BY STRIPE. These appear in the basket under the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

If the client selects either of these option the checkout is bypassed and they can place an order under the £50 limit. We have removed these options for the moment but we do get asked for them.  Is there a way to stop the user bypassing the checkout by selecting these options?

    Many thanks, Alan

    Hi Alan,

I appreciate you reaching out to us! I hope your day is going well.

I’m sorry for the issue you’re experiencing. Could you let me know which plugin you’re using for Apple Pay and Link by Stripe? Currently, we have an option in the Compatibility tab to prevent the PayPal Pay button, but I want to ensure I share your request accurately with our developer.

For reference, the existing option applies to WooCommerce PayPal Payments: WooCommerce PayPal Payments Plugin.

    Looking forward to your response!

Hi, that was weeks ago, good job I found a work around. We are using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway Version 9.3.1

To stop the clients bypassing the min order value we have disabled the 2 payment options that appear in the basket in the Stripe settings so the checkout has to be used. We’d still like clients to have these options so a resolution would be great.

I also am facing the same issue. I disabled “Apple Pay / Google Pay” for now in Stripe (version  9.3.1) , but look forward to a permanent fix.

Any update on this? I see a new version 4.6.4 (released on 8/4/2025), but the release notes don’t mention anything about fixing this bug.
