Payment method % not calculated on total

My stripe payment fee is showing as £1.09, yet even though I have it accurately set up, COGS is showing£0.89.

I can only assume it’s because COGS is calculating from a subtotal and not including the taxes etc.

How do I fix this?

Fixed – changed order total to include tax under the orders setting.
