I’ve seen a number of people list the same issue I’m having, but you mentioned in your replies that you couldn’t recreate the problem. Hoping you have a solution, because it’s happening here as well.
If entering a quantity of 3.5 (or any fractional entry (.25 or .5), PayPal is rounding down. So, if I add 3.5, PayPal wants to charge me for 3…yet the order says 3.5 within Woocommerce. Please advise, as the plugin is fantastic otherwise, just unusable if it can’t charge the right amount. 🙂

Happy to tell you that issue is fixed now in version 2.1 (just released), I addressed the PayPal issue and you should be able to pay the exact amount with PayPal.
