    Hi there,

    I just tried the free version and everything works fine, except the reduced product price in the cart.
    The price is getting adjusted, but not for the whole amount that was in the initial offer.
    Is it possible to take a look on my website if I create a login for you?

    Ok I found the core of the problem, the price offers are net prices, so my store adds 19% german tax, but it should not do that.
    The price offer should be the gross total amount.

    Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    To solve the issue, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options, then change the value of Display prices during cart and checkout option to Excluding tax.

    Hi, thank you for your reply!
    My prices are actually correct, only this app is displaying them excluding tax.
    So if someone makes an offer he types in the price + including tax, but the plugin interprets it as excluding tax.

    Thanks for giving us more information.

    I was unable to reproduce the issue on our end. However, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Tax options and ensure that Price entered with tax option is set to Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax, and the Display prices during cart and checkout option is set to Including tax. However, if the issue persists, then please let us know.

    Hi, but how can you reproduce the issue without having access to my dashboard? Did you send out an offer?

    I tested the plugin on our site, and it appears to be working correctly. Could you please try the settings I suggested in my previous response and see if the problem persists?

    Hi again,

    I needed to select “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax” to make it work!
    I also needed to update the prices from my database, because they were reduced by 19% through this change, but not the plugin offers the correct price, thanks a lot:)
