    Hi

We’re loving this plugin, but unfortunately it seems to have suddenly stopped working in the following manner.

We have set a minimum quantity and a quantity step as well as fixed quantities allowed. The customer should be able to order 250,500,750,1000,1250 etc.. amounts. But when the quantity amount i s changed it simply resets back to min quantity of 250.

    To Test:
Please check the following product, and from the variables select “D”, “0,05mm”, “12mm” options and then try change the quantity to any amount higher than 250.

There is enough in stock, so this is not the problem.

This is quite urgent, so any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Thanks so much.

    Hi Dave,

In this case, I’m not seeing why would you need the minimum or step values, the fixed should just work.

As for the product you’ve specified, I think it’s a matter of a setting rather than a bug, because it works fine on 11mm & 14mm variations, is it possible to take a look on the backend?

Please send at [email protected] and we can take it from there.

    Omar

Can you also try “Do nothing” on main plugin tab >> Variations >> On variation change?
