Hello Team,
We have purchased the pro plugin yesterday, But some visibility condition is not working properly on the checkout page. I have configured three custom fields based on product category visibility but in some categories, it displays all the fields. I don’t know what is the actual problem is. Kindly let me know the solution ASAP.
Configuration Details:
Field 1 :
If the user selects festival product displays the custom field it’s working well.
Field 2 :
If the user selects a nonfestival product it also displays the festival field on the checkout page.
Field 3:
Common for all products
I hope you will clearly understand my queries.

First of all – if possible, please share an access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected]).
If sharing an account is not an option, then I’ll continue solving it remotely, and first thing that comes to mind – our plugin checks all product’s categories, so if some product has both “festival” and “nonfestival” categories assigned to it at the same time, then the field will be displayed. Could that be the reason?
