    Can you please share screenshots for General & Step quantity tabs? Or preferably send us wp-admin access to [email protected], will be glad to fix this for you.

    Hi again,

    I’ve fixed it, please tick “load all variations” on General >> Variable Product Options, and “Reset to minimum quantity” on Force Quantity Options.

    Please let us know if you still have any issues.
