The plugin is not working properly. It is not discounting the VAT of British customers. The installed version is 2.8.5
Hi,
Please enable debug (under advanced), and then provide us with logs after VAT validation fails.
Or contact us at [email protected] with wp-admin access (and a UK VAT number) so we can check.
