Timeout error

    Hi, I’ve successfully exported products in an XML listing. I’m unable to reimport them in another site. No error message is displayed on screen, but it seems a proxy_fcgi timeout error is triggered:

    [Sat Apr 02 13:55:47.983583 2022] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 32600:tid 139839009638144] (22)Invalid argument: [client {my client IP}] AH01075: Error dispatching request to :, referer: {my site url}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=alg_wc_export_import

    Is there a recommended value for timeout?

    Hi Emanuele,

    Not sure how large is the XML being used, but a value between 600 and 1200 should be enough, can you try breaking the XML to smaller parts and see if that solves the issue? In most cases it will be a server limitation that can’t be fixed by the plugin.

    Hi, I’ve direct control over the server.

    The XML contains some 70 articles.

    I’ve set it to 1200, restarted both php-fpm and apache to no avail.

    Sorry, I meant I’ve set timeout to 1200.

    XML size is 62 KB.

    Hi Emanuele,

    64kb is actually nothing, and it doesn’t seem a timeout related to resources limitation.

    Would you mind sending us to [email protected] with wp-admin access to troubleshoot?
