Hi, we’re testing out this plugin on our site and everything works great except when you click on the email confirmation link you get the error:
Error: Activation failed, please contact our administrator. You can resend the email with verification link by clicking here.
No matter how many times you resend the email it’s still the same thing. Any idea where we’d start to troubleshoot this?
Hi,
In the plugin’s settings, please try and enable General > Redirect on failure option.
Also please try and change the options under Advanced > Authenticate filter.
Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.
