Validation works, VAT not removed

    Hi,

    I have a problem with your plugin, it does the VIES validation correctly, however, it does not remove the VAT.
    How to resolve this situation?

    Hi Pedro,

    Can you please check under “Advanced” tab if the session type is set to “WC session”?

    If it was set to PHP, please change it and test. If it was originally on WC, we will need wp-admin access to check the settings & logs, please reach us at [email protected]
