VAT not deducted

    I’ve email support but thought I’d try here. I’ve installed this plugin but the VAT does not get removed from the balance when a valid VAT number is entered.

    I have the validation settings enabled and the checkbox which says ‘Exempt VAT for valid numbers’. Am I missing something?
