VAT not removed for valid VAT numbers

    Hello,

    Just installed the plugin and made the settings but the VAT is still showing on the checkout page.

    I changed to a different country with a valid VAT number but still no luck.

    It might be a setting issue, or something needs more troubleshooting, would you mind sharing more details with us (screenshots of settings & link, or wp-admin access) at [email protected]?
