VAT not valid (VIES checked)

    I have setup everything, but when checking the EU VAT Number (VAT ID nr) at the checkout it keeps stating that the VAT is not valid even though the VIES EU site clearly states that the VAT number is correct.

    I have recently bought and installed this plugin.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi Bianca,

    Got your email and responded twice, it bounced back on both emails with error:

    SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    554 Blocked – see https://ipcheck.proofpoint.com/?ip=x.x.x.x

    Can you send me from a different email please?
