Hi,
I’m using the free version of your plugin. When I enable verification, VAT numbers are always not allowed. However I checked the VIES verification myself and the number is VIES accepted. How can I solve this problem?
You can see an example on https://www.supportvansofie.be/shop/it-helpdesk-afrekenen/ with my VAT number BE0774688421.

Thanks for reaching out. I apologies for any inconveniences you are experiencing.
In the plugin’s settings, under the “Validation & Progress” section, could you please change the “First validation method” option and see if it’s work better for you?

I checked with the three validation methods. For VAT numbers for the UK and The Netherlands, the verification works for all three methods. But for Belgian VAT numbers, it won’t accept it for for all three methods.

I have the same issue today, installed Version 2.12.3 of the plugin.
For Belgian VAT number (working in VIES) but not on checkout.
In the LOGS I see this :

Please install the latest version of the plugin, version 2.12.7, and check if it resolves the issue. If the problem persists, please provide me with a Belgian VAT number for testing and a screenshot of all three settings via our support email [email protected]. We will resolve the issue promptly.
