We had recent bought this product and we have a problem with Portuguese VAT, this country always check as no valid VAT number.
We think it is all configurated but at validation process is something wrong, can you help us with this.

Yes sure, we need a little more info please, send us the VAT number you have issue with, along with wp-admin access to [email protected] so we can check the settings & logs.
