ParticipantHi, I have a problem with the plugin ( from months ago). For some reason when I apply wholesale pricing by category it does not works with all the products within this category. Any idea? I found that products with variations do not work with category discounts, but some others are normal products
One more question: Is there any way to remove all previous setting from the plugin and star all over again with the settings? I mean, if a use the reset box in the general tab, any previous discount applied in a category remains the same, they do not remove with the reset!
July 26, 2021 at 10:56 am #92399Hi Johan,
Would it be possible to share access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])? Please let me know if sharing an account is not an option, and I will continue solving it remotely.
As for the settings reset – give me a couple of days to add it to the plugin – shouldn’t be too hard to do. Will get back to you about this soon.
July 27, 2021 at 2:08 pm #92400Hi again, Johan,
As promised, we’ve released a new plugin version today (v2.6.0), where I’ve added tools to remove “per product”, “per product category” and “per product tag” settings. After the update, please check the new tools in “WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Pricing > Tools”.
Please give it a try and let me know if it’s working as expected.
August 5, 2021 at 7:33 pm #92401Regarding “… wholesale pricing by category does not work with all the products within this category…” – if anyone else is interested, it looks like the problem was that some products had multiple categories assigned to them. And in this case, wholesale pricing rules from another category were applied to those products. I.e. for the applied wholesale pricing rules to be predictable for some product (with multiple categories), only one of this product’s categories should have wholesale pricing enabled, or all this product’s categories must have the same wholesale pricing rules.

ParticipantThank you Tom for the help! Great support!
As a suggestion, could you create a Report to know any Category/Product/whatever’s setting? I mean a Report that shows you any parameter created with the plugin, so you can find out any missing discount, etc.
Websites like mine have so many categories/subcategories, so it’ll be really helpful!
September 20, 2021 at 4:56 pm #92403Hi Johan,
Happy to help 🙂
Sure, this sounds like a good idea, let me try to add it to the plugin. Will get back to you about this soon.
September 22, 2021 at 7:29 pm #92404Hi Johan,
Please update the plugin to the latest v2.6.3. Now there is a new section in “WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Pricing > Reports”. There you will be able to see the settings for all your products, product categories, or product tags. Please give it a try and let me know what you think.
And if you like the plugin, please consider leaving me a rating here or here.

GuestHi Tom!
I was giving a try to the report, but I´m getting this error with any option.
Error thrown
Class ‘Alg_WC_Wholesale_Pricing_Settings_Per_Item’ not foundSeptember 24, 2021 at 11:23 pm #92406Hi Johan,
Thanks for reporting. I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my test server – it seems to be working fine here – however, I’ve just rewrote some code in the plugin, so I believe it should be working fine now. Could you please update the plugin to the latest v2.6.4 and give it a try once again?

October 18, 2021 at 10:08 am #92408Hi Johan,
Sorry for the late reply.
Please recheck if you’ve updated the Pro version (i.e. not the free one, which, in fact, you can disable/remove).
If that doesn’t help, could you please contact me via email ([email protected]) with the login details?
