    Hi,

    This is urgent,my cost of goods account key is showing as error wrong key both on the plug ins page and also when i check key on your plug in(pro version),this has happened overnight,note no updates or changes had been made on my site.
    please advise

    Sometimes this happens due to the Key Server facing downtime. Please let me know if the problem persists.

    hwo long should it persist,a day or 2 ,a week?

    Hi Keith,

    As we’ve figured out on email, wrong site URL was entered when generating the key. You need to delete the current key and generate a new one with the correct URL
