    Hi there,

    I have a problem with the verify button and verification method. Even if the user confirmed the email he still appears as unverified. When I click the verify button as admin, the page reloads but but the user still doesn’t get the verified status.

    Hi,

    Under the Advanced settings, Authenticate filter option, can you please try and change that option.

    Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.
