ParticipantHello,
On 15.10.2021 the plugin stopped working. There is no cost/profit calculated for the incoming orders. When I go to order details, there is a product list and all products have “Cost of Goods” field empty. Now when I check a single product there is a correct value for the “Cost of Goods” field. When I insert the “Cost of Goods” value manually in order details, then, finally I get the cost/profit for the order.
I tried to recalculate the costs for orders with no cost in Tools&Reposrt Tab. But when I save the changes the website doesn’t respond.
How can I resolve this?
Help
October 19, 2021 at 1:15 am #89813Hi Anna,
Please try to update the plugin to the most recent version. Also, try to enable the “Advanced > Force costs update” options and check if you have better results.
Anyway, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
If that’s the case, please send a message to [email protected]October 20, 2021 at 9:42 am #89814Anna Banaszkiewicz
ParticipantHi Pablo,
My plugins are updated, but there is a difference in plugin version Free vs Pro: latest version of Free plugin is 2.4.9 and latest Pro plugin version is 2.1.2. Why is that? Also, since I purchased Pro version I turned the Free one off in my Dashboard. Should I leave it on? Does it matter?
I will check if there are any changes after changins the options you mentioned. If not I will give you acces to my account.
Thanks!
October 20, 2021 at 2:07 pm #89815Hum, so your Pro version is really outdated. Please update it to the latest version (2.4.9)
Make sure you have the WP Factory helper plugin installed so you can install available updates automatically, and enter the key from https://wpfactory.com/my-account/downloads/

ParticipantThat was it! Thank you so much!
I didn’t know that I need this Helper plugin to install updates for Por version. But it is impressive that it has worked so long without updates!
