Why does it prevent user from being redirected to the “Order received page”?

    Found the plugin will not direct to the “order received page” when enabled. It stays on the Cart page after placing the order. The order is received but the plugin blocks the order received page adn stays on the cart page which is now empty cart. The order is definetly paced.

    Hi Kieran,

    In the plugin’s setting can you please try under :

    General > Checkout options > Block checkout process > Enable
    General > Checkout options > Block checkout page > Enable

    Then test again. Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Yes, they are both enabled. The order completes we just dont get to the order received page. If i disable the plugin it works fine.

    In that case, can you create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could log in and check what’s going on? If that’s possible, please send a message to [email protected].

    Thanks for the info,

    I believe I was able to fix the problem by editing the plugin directly on your site. Please let me know if it works for you now. The next version will have this fixed already.
