    Hello,

When running the recalc I no longer receive an email to say it has been completed nor does the cost of goods report calculate the profit or the cost of goods.

    Regards,

    Christo

    Hi,

Can you please try in the plugin’s settings Advanced > Background Processing > Minimum amount and change this to say 500 or more than the number of orders that you have. Then try to re-run Tools & Reports > Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit. This is to trigger liver processing so we can see what happens in this case.

Also, can you please make sure you update to the latest version of the plugin and then try again. If it still does not work then sometimes, this can happen due to insufficient hosting resources. Please re-check your web hosting resources.

    Hello,

I tried both of the suggestions, It is still not working. I updated the plugin and also set that value to 800. Nothing still happened. It worked till Sunday and then From Monday it just stopped.

    Regards,

    Christo.

    Hallo Again,

I have had a closer look and it seems it is just no longer pulling the Cost amount correctly. So on the reports the costs are R0 but when I look at the products the cost field is populated.

    Regards,

    Christo

    Hi,

Which version of the plugin are you using? Please make sure you update to the latest version 2.4.8
