ParticipantHi,
We are using Woocommerce API to update the Profit, Profit margin, Handling fee and shipping fee, we are doing this by API calls with zapier. those sections are updating correctly but the data isn’t getting pushed to the Woocommerce cost of goods report section. How can we get this report to update with the correct information? Thanks
August 10, 2022 at 8:27 pm #90087Hi Luke,
Before anything, can you please check if the data is showing on the WooCommerce Analytics report?

GuestHi, there is data showing on the WooCommerce > Reports > Cost of goods, But the data is incorrect.
For example, when we check order placed in the Sales by data tab with the same date range as the Cost of goods tab, there are more orders within the Sales by data tab.
Thanks William
August 12, 2022 at 5:00 pm #90089Hi William,
My suggestion was to check the WooCommerce Analytics and not the WooCommerce Reports. Can you please check the analytics?

First, you should visit our “Tools & Reports > Analytics” and enable the tab you want to use.

GuestHi, can I get a support email address with which I can get in contact as the issues we are having needs to be fixed ASAP?
Thanks
August 15, 2022 at 4:45 pm #90094Hi William,
You can contact us using the email [email protected].
Regarding the “Reports”, especially considering it will be removed from WooCommerce, the idea is that you are able to find the same data on the WooCommerce Analytics, if possible.
