Why the plugin not send email verification for new accounts during checkout?

    Hi, I activated plugin pro but have a issue. I blocked checkout process for unverified users but when a customer create an account in checkout page the plugin not send email verification.

    Hi,

    Under WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > General

    You will find Block Checkout option, you can disable it from there.

    Secondly under the Advanced options

    Prevent login after checkout you will need to disable this option.

    Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Hi, thanks for your reply, On my site you can also register on the checkout page. When a user registers on the checkout page he is blocked if he has not verified the email. This is fine to me, but the problem is that no verification email is sent to the user just registered on the checkout page.

    Under the general settings of the plugin, Email sending trigger option please select “On WooCommerce Created Customer”

    Hi, on my plugin dashboard > in “general” page > under “general options” there are only this options:
    1)Login the user automatically after the account is verified (TRIGGERED)
    2)Send verification as a separate email (TRIGGERED)
    3)Delay WooCommerce “Customer new account” email
    4)Skip email verification for user roles
    5)Enable email verification for already registered users
    6)Unverify email changing accounts

    The option “On WooCommerce Created Customer” is not there.
