WPML + Email Template Customizer + your plugin

Before purchasing a mail verification plugin, I want to be sure of 2 things
1. The ability to integrate with WPML, so that depending on the selected language, the user receives emails and messages in the selected language
2. The ability to integrate with WooCommerce Email Template Customizer (from VillaTheme). To be able to use a third-party email template builder that is integrated with WooCommerce

In the documentation for the plugin, I could not find how to properly configure the WPML + Email Template Customizer + your plugin bundle and whether it will work correctly.

Also, please answer, will I be able to create a SEPARATE EMAIL to send a verification link. Or is it possible only as part of a new user registering email?
