    Hi,

As MarieHemel pointed out – there was a bug when “User Visibility” option was left empty. This is fixed now in v2.6.2 of the plugin.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

That’s a good point and thanks for the provided solution. We will definitely include it in next plugin update, however I’m thinking of using $_product->get_children() instead of $_product->get_available_variations() with woocommerce_hide_invisible_variations filter – as far as I remember it will list invisible variations also (will have to re-test that though).

Will let you know here as soon as update is ready.

    Hi,

If you mean that wrong info is shown in WooCommerce mini cart widget – could you please try enabling “Fix mini cart” checkbox option in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currency per Product > Advanced Options”. You may need to clear your browser’s cache after enabling the option. Please let me know if that helped.

    Hi,

I’ve replied personally, but in case if anyone else has similar question, I’m posting same here:

I think what you need to do is go to your fee’s settings (e.g. “WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts > Direct bank transfer”) and there (at the bottom of the settings page) there is “Product Categories – Calculation type options” – please try changing that from “For all cart” to “Only for selected products”.

    Hope that helps.

    Tom

    Hi Mike,

I’ve just re-checked on my test server and unfortunately couldn’t reproduce the issue – “Change Prices” button seems to be appearing here. Maybe you can create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on? If sharing an account is not an option – please let me know and I will try to solve this remotely, and in that case please copy/paste and send to me all the info from “WooCommerce > System Status” page. My email is [email protected].

    Best regards,
    Tom

P.S. We had a similar issue and the problem was in a compatibility issue with one of these plugins: “Simple Sales Tax”, “WooCommerce Services” or “Taxjar”. Could you please let me know if you have any of these plugins installed on your server?

    Tom

    Hi,

Maybe it’s possible to create/share an admin account, so I could login to your server and check what’s going on? If yes – my email is [email protected]. Also FTP access would help.

As for mixed minimum – unfortunately “Minimum Fee Value” option only accepts fixed values (but not percent). I’ll have to re-check if this can be added – will try to add it in next plugin version.

    Hi,

Are you using SKU tool to add SKUs for existing products, or are you adding SKU automatically, when adding new product? If it’s the latter – you should enable “Delay SKU generation till product is published” checkbox in plugin settings, so SKU won’t be added too early, when variations are not yet created.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

Sure, we’ll process the refund if anything is not working as expected (it’s a “30-day no questions asked” refund policy at wpfactory.com). Alternatively, if you wish, I could try to fix any issues you may have. Regarding the free version, however – you actually can have two currencies there – i.e., one is the default shop currency (which is added automatically to the plugin’s currencies list), and another you can add. So you can have products in two currencies with the free version, for example – USD and EUR.

    Hope that helps.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hi,

Sorry for not replying earlier. We’ve just released new plugin version 2.8.6. There in “General” plugin settings section (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Currency Switcher > General”), I’ve added “Order Currency” checkbox at the bottom of the page (it’s available in free version). Please try enabling the checkbox and going to admin order’s edit page – you will see new “Order Currency” drop down box, where you can select order’s currency. One note though – it will change order’s currency, however will not re-calculate order prices, so you’ll have to do it manually.

Hope that helps and please let me know if it’s not working as expected, or if you have any other feedback.

And if you like the plugin, please leave us a rating.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hi,

In case if anyone else has the same question – as discussed in private conversation – exporting data collected with Product Input Fields for WooCommerce plugin was added in version 1.2.1:

Export Orders – “Order Product Input Fields” field.
Export Orders Items – “Item Product Input Fields” field.

    Hi,

Could you please try changing the exchange rates server from ECB (European Central Bank) to some other (e.g. Yahoo). Here is the full list of currencies supported by ECB – https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_and_exchange_rates/euro_reference_exchange_rates/html/index.en.html – and it looks like your listed currencies are not supported unfortunately.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

I’ve just re-tested on my server – Display options seem to be working fine here. If possible please create/share an admin account to your server, so I could log in and check what’s going on. My private email is [email protected].

In case if anyone else has similar issues – as we figured out in private emails – removing EU VAT number field’s placeholder in plugin settings solves the issue.

    Best regards,
    Tom
