The plugin allows you to show the EU VAT field for some countries and hide it for others. and allows you to make it required or optional, but regarding your request to exclude the EU VAT field (VIES ) for each product or category, this is not available now. Such a feature can be worked on in the future.

Please follow the following steps:
1-Woocommerce settings ->Product Quantity->General->Enable Product Quantity for WooCommerce->Scroll to Change Quantity Options->Change initial quantity on single product page to “Change to default quantity”
Change the initial quantity on archives to “Change to default quantity”.2- Woocommerce settings ->Product Quantity->Enable Minimum quantity->scroll to Per Category Minimum Quantity Options-> Enable Per Category
3-Woocommerce settings ->Product Quantity->Enable Default Quantity ->Scroll to Per Category Default Quantity Options->Enable Per Category.
4- Go to the category page you want and set the minimum quantity and default to the numbers you want.
5- Make sure that you save the settings through save changes for each tab, and also make sure that you clear the cache.

Do you mean that by Selecting the quantity from the single product page, it is added directly to the shopping cart, but if you are on the category page or the home page, and Selecting the quantity then click “SEE THE PRODUCT” ” the quantity selected by the customer is not taken into the cart?
