Yeap, of course, I mean UCT, my bad. But in settings everything is ok. I’ve checked with UCT + 2 and Warsaw options, and despite the change, limits are changing still on UCT time. Is there a possibility to cheat plugin, force it to change limits on +2h? That problem everything working properly.

maybe there is some way to cheat the plugin, bypass it with wp cron schedule?
