Hi Max,
Besides leaving the “Update existing products” option enabled, also make sure to:
– Leave the “ID” column mapped properly as ID. Don’t mark it as “Do not import”Let me know if it works 😉
November 11, 2020 at 2:43 pm in reply to: Why has the bulk edit deleted the costs from my products? #89427Hi Yusri,
I’m really sorry to hear it.I’m afraid the only way of restoring the Cost of Goods fields is with a backup.
But can you please describe the problem again? You’ve updated the plugin and noticed the COG field was empty? Or was it after you’ve tried to use the edit costs tool? We’ve improved the costs edit tool on version 2.3.1, as we’ve realized it could bring timeout issues
November 10, 2020 at 3:35 pm in reply to: How to avoid error 500 when bulk editing the costs? #89378Hello Ezo,
We have improved the bulk edit costs tool page on version 2.3.1. Now it has pagination and column sorting. Probably you won’t have any more issues with that page.
Let me know if it’s ok for you now 😉November 8, 2020 at 3:29 pm in reply to: Is it possible to require user to login after clicking the verification link? #101207Just now I think I finally got what you’re asking.
You want to redirect the user to “My account” just after he clicks on the verification link, and instead of automatically log the user in, let him manually log in by entering his username and password. Is that right?
I’m afraid it’s not possible for now. But I’ll try to come up with something and will let you know as soon as I have some news about it 😉
November 7, 2020 at 3:19 pm in reply to: Is it possible to require user to login after clicking the verification link? #101202Hello Alpha,
Actually to log in after clicking the verification link is the default behaviour. What happens exactly after you click the verification link?
Also, would it be possible to share your settings with some screenshot maybe?
November 6, 2020 at 1:50 am in reply to: How can I hide the cost of goods field on admin emails? #89445Hi Benjamin,
In theory the cost field shouldn’t be displayed in any emails.
What would be the admin email copy are you referring to?Meanwhile, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
Hey Jaro,
Sorry for the delay.I was running some tests and I think it should work.
All you have to do is:
1. Access the page where you can manage the custom fields
2. On the name field, you can set as _alg_wc_cog_cost
3. On The value, you simply have to drag and drop the column from the xml that corresponds to the costPlease take a look at the screenshot
Let me know if it works 😉
Hello again Frank,
We’ve created a new option for you on version 1.9.2.
Now there will be a new option called “Added to cart event without AJAX” inside the “AJAX Options” section. Please update the plugin, give it a try and let me know if it works for you 😉
Sorry for the long delay Frank,
We were able to reproduce the problem here just now. It only happens if you have the “Hide” option enabled.
We’re working on it. As soon as we have news about it I’ll let you know.

November 2, 2020 at 6:03 pm in reply to: Is this plugin compatible with the “Nextend social login” plugin? #101136Hi Didier,
I just wanted to let you know that the next version (1.9.7) will have a new compatibility option with the Nextend social login plugin 😉November 2, 2020 at 5:58 pm in reply to: Why is redirecting to a custom URL feature not working? #101200Maybe there is other plugin that could be getting in the way.
Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
Please send a message to [email protected]
Hi Jaro,
It’s not possible for now. But have you tried to use some import solution already? Like WP ALL IMPORT for instance? If that’s the case we could try to make them compatible somehow
Hi James,
Sorry for the delay.
1. For the time being, yes, it only works on the product page. We’ll try to look into a way of adding it as a quick edit option2. You’re right. It should be deducting. Please try recalculate your orders at:
– Tools & Reports > Orders Tool > Recalculate orders cost and profitOctober 31, 2020 at 7:27 pm in reply to: How can I import only the costs ignoring all the other fields? #89434Glad to know it’s working!
In that case, please consider leaving us a review 😉
