November 10, 2021 at 1:54 pm in reply to: How can I track guest users’ purchases if everyone is in the same office? #100805Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
A user is either a person with an account or if they are a guest, they are tracked by IP. In your case, if they are in the same office, the plugin will consider them as the same user. It is not possible to track users in any other way.
You could use the option of asking customers to create an account on checkout.

November 9, 2021 at 2:03 pm in reply to: Is it possible to add an extra cost based on the order State? #89838Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
It is not possible based on state being shipped to, but it is possible to add an extra cost to orders based on shipping methods and shipping classes. You can access these 2 options from the WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods > Shipping Methods / Shipping Classes.
Also, please do check the options under Orders > Extra Costs per Order you can add extra costs per order such as handling fees, shipping fees, payment fees. The extra shipping fee option might be suitable in your case.

ParticipantHi Hygge,
Our plugin is lightweight and does not have resource-intensive processes. What exactly is the issue that you are facing?

ParticipantHi Dave,
You need to enable the notices for the product pages. In the plugin’s settings, please go to Messages > Product Page > Product page notices > Enable.
When you Enable the Block checkout process and block the checkout page options, the cart page will still be accessible, but the checkout page will not be accessible. I recommend you add a notice to your cart page from Messages > Cart.
November 5, 2021 at 5:16 pm in reply to: How to display the notice only for zones with free shipping? #88430Zohaib
ParticipantHi Joaquin,
Yes, this should be possible. In the plugin’s settings
Manual Min Amount > Enable the section
Manual Min Amount > Manual min amount > Set the relevant minimum amount or leave as zero
Manual Min Amount > Extra options > Shipping zones > Select the relavant zonesSave the settings.
Then on the same page, enter the minimum amount for the relevant zones. If a zone is set to zero, it will be ignored.

ParticipantHi Tina,
Please follow these steps to set this up, let me know if you continue having trouble with this. In the plugin’s settings
General > Mode > Product quantities
General > Date range > Custom, 15, days
General > Order statuses > Completed, Processing and any other relevant ones
Limits > Per product > EnableThen edit the specific product and you will find a new field for maximum products per user. Here you will need to enter the limit of the product. For example, if you need a user to purchase a maximum of five enter 5.
Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

November 4, 2021 at 2:40 pm in reply to: Why doesn’t the limit for membership appear to be working? #100793Zohaib
ParticipantHi,
In the plugin’s settings, General > Order statuses can you please add the relevant order statuses. These are the order statuses to which the limits should apply.
Also I am not sure of the spacing in your formula. Could you please try and use:
[alg_wc_mppu limit="1" term_id="121910" membership_plan="free-trial"]
