    Hi,

In the plugin’s settings Orders > Refunds > Refund Calculations, you will find the settings for refunds. There are 4 options here.

    1. Ignore refunds from profits

    2. Subtract total refunded from profit

    3. Subtract each item’s refund amount from profit

    4. Calculate profit by the difference between Net Payment and Cost

It’s necessary to add the Refunded status on Tools & reports > Orders report: Order status option in order to see refunded orders on reports.

You need to enable Advanced > Force costs update options to automatically calculate refund costs.

    Hi Eugenio,

    1. First to generate EAN-8 Barcodes, In the plugin’s settings run the option under: Tools > Generate EAN for all products and select EAN-8

    2. To see the barcodes in the admin page enable the option under: General > Admin products list column Once enabled you will be able to see the EAN numbers in the All products page in the WordPress dashboard.

    3. To print the barcodes, in the plugin’s settings Enable the option under Print > Print barcodes (PDF) Now in the All Products page you will have an option under Bulk actions to print the barcodes in pdf.

    Hi,

It is recommended by Google to add structured data to your product detail page. You can read more about it here. Specifically, GTINs are recommended.

Although we cannot comment on how big of an effect adding GTINs or EANs will have on your SEO efforts.

    Hi Mahmoud,

The cost of the orders should not change unless you are using the options under : Tools & Reports > Order tools > Recalculate orders cost and profit

    Hi Geoff,

Unfortunately, this will not be possible. Our plugin can only set a maximum lmit for a certain date range. For example a user can buy 5 tickets a month. They may do that in 2, 3, 4 or even 5 orders. But if the limit is 5 and it is still within the time period the user will be able to order.

It is not possible to block a user from purchasing if they had a limit of 5 but only purchase 2 in their first order. They would still be able to purchase the remainder of 3.

    Hi Daniel,

For the Add Stock option on the product page, at the top right there will be screen options please enable the Cost of Goods: Add stock option from there.

For the shipping fees is that only for manually created orders from the back end or for all orders it is not working?

    Hi,

Yes, it is possible to limit the orders per customer based on the weight.

To set different limits for different users / user roles, you will need the pro version of the plugin.

If you buy the plugin and have any issues in setting it up, our support team is available to help you set it up.

    Hi Valeria,

Your setup looks correct if you are trying to limit the product quantities per category. I would highly recommend though, that you make a test purchase to ensure the limits are working correctly as per your requirement. You can use an offline payment method for your test purchases.

    Hi Thomas,

The best way to set this up would be to use the Manual Min Amount section in the plugin’s settings. I am assuming by 2 companies you mean 2 different shipping methods. Here are the options to configure in the plugin’s settings:

    – Manual Min Amount > Section > Enable
    – Manual Min Amount > Extra options > Shipping methods > Select the 2 shipping methods and save the settings.
    – Manual Min Amount > Extra options: Amounts > Here you will now find a field for both your shipping methods. You can set the minimum amount as 50 and 70 for each.
