    Hi Dave,

Please try to enable the “Advanced > Force costs update” options and then re-run the recalculate order costs and profit option.

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Hi Roland,

Yes, you can use PayPal or Stripe fees as extra costs on orders. The option is in the plugin’s settings under Orders > Extra Costs: From Meta

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate the issue on my end, probably due to not being able to use the Komoju plugin. In the plugin’s settings can you please try and enable the option under:

    • General > Hide products > Hide products with exceeded limits

Then place a test order with convinience store payments and then see if you are still able to see the product that you just placed the test order for.

Secondly can you please try and disable the option under:

    • General > Count by current payment method

If you continue having trouble with this, is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi,

I may not have understood your requirements clearly, but in that case, would you not simply set the minimum purchase quantity as 200 and the maximum as 5000?

    Hi,

I think our plugin Order Min/Max amount for WooCommerce would be better suited in this case.

You would set the minimum quantity as 200 and the maximum quantity as 200 also, for Postcard version A. With that plugin, you can also set the default add to cart quantity as 200.

But you will have to be careful with the message in the frontend to the user. You would need to explain to the user they need to order 200 pcs in one order.

    Hi Alex,

It is likely that the customers have reached their purchase limits for that product. Probably a misconfiguration in the settings. Please can you describe, what you want to achieve? i.e. Are you trying to set a limit of 1 per customer for the introductory box? For what period of time?

Please can you let me know the settings you have under:

    -General > Mode
    -General > Date range
    -General > Order statuses
    -General > Guests
-General > Block guests from buying products > Block method
    -Limits tab and Formula tab

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. You can access various reports through WooCommerce > reports or Analytics

    Hi,

The correct settings in date range for a user to buy a product only once a month is “This Month”

    Hi,

In the plugin’s settings enable the options under  Tools & Reports > Analytics

You can enable the option for, Order, Products, Stock and Revenue Tabs. For the overview tab it is not possible.

    Hi Sebastien,

If the customer does not checkout, then no account is created. This is a WooCommerce limitation. Because the account is not created, there is no trigger for the email verification to be sent.

However, there are a couple of workaround that you could try.

    1. You could ensure that customers create an account while checking out. The option is under: WooCommerce > Accounts and Privacy > Account Creation >  Allow customers to create an account during checkout

    2. You can block the checkout process for unverified users. The option is under:
    Blocking > Block checkout

    3. You can block order emails until the customer verifies his email. To do this you can use the option under:
    Blocking > Block order emails

    Hi,

If you are using the free version of the plugin, please disable it before enabling the pro version.

Secondly, you should be able to access the plugin’s settings from

    – WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of goods
    or
-Plugins > Installed plugins > Cost of goods > Settings

The cost and profit reports are available at:

    -Analytics > Orders
    or
    – WooCommerce > Reports > Cost of goods

Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.
